You have ADHD clients who need more than a worksheet you found at midnight.

ADHD 101 is a 5-module, research-informed course on how the ADHD brain actually works in women, licensed for you to use with your own clients. It comes with citations, a clinician workbook for each module, and guidance for using it in therapy, coaching, and groups.

Looking for the version for yourself or a client to take on their own? See the client course.

You know the gap

You have clients who are bright, capable, and completely worn down from masking, and the standard ADHD psychoeducation does not speak to them.

The free handouts online are written for kids, or for men, or they are so generic they could be about anyone.

You end up building your own materials from scratch, on your own time, between sessions you are already behind on.

And you want something that is actually sourced, not a list of tips with no research behind it, because you are the one who has to stand behind what you hand a client.

That is the gap this fills.

What the license gives you

This is not a stack of generic ADHD tip sheets. The clinician license includes:

Permission to use the materials with your clients. Use the videos and workbooks in your 1:1 work, coaching, or groups, within the license terms.

A clinician workbook for every module. The same content your clients get, plus inline citations and a peer-reviewed reference list at the back, so you know where every claim comes from.

Guidance for clinical use. Notes on who the material is appropriate for, when shame or trauma work may need to come first, how to pace it, and prompts you can bring into a session.

A consistent, branded framework. Five modules that fit together, so you are not stitching together mismatched resources for every client.

This is the difference between a worksheet and a curriculum you can actually lean on.

What is inside

Five modules. Each is a focused video plus a clinician workbook. They stand alone, so you can assign one to fit a client's need, or move through the whole arc.

Module 1 · Redefining ADHD: The Interest-Based Nervous System

The interest-based nervous system, the dopamine mechanism, PINCH, masking, and the shame-before-systems framing. Cited, including the limits of constructs like RSD that are clinically observed but not in the DSM.

Module 2 · PINCH and Dopamine Menu Planning

Dopamine's role in ADHD and a practical dopamine menu intervention clients can build and use between sessions.

Module 3 · Sensory Regulation

Sensory processing, interoception, the hormone connection, and a sensory safety plan. References across sensory and interoception research.

Module 4 · Executive Functioning

EF as the core of ADHD, time blindness, working memory, emotional regulation, and a toolkit. Barkley, Brown, and the hormone and emotion-dysregulation literature.

Module 5 · Restructuring Systems

Accommodations at work and home, including the ADA framing and how clients can actually request what they need. JAN, EEOC, and ADA-based sources.

Who built this

I am Rhonda Estling, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and ADHD coach, and I have ADHD myself. I built these materials for my own practice first, because I was tired of cobbling together resources that did not fit the women in front of me.

So this is clinician-built, sourced, and tested in real sessions, by someone who works with the same population you do.

How clinicians are using it: assign a module between sessions and use the workbook prompts as session material in 1:1 therapy. Use the dopamine menu and executive functioning tools as the backbone of a coaching arc. Or run a module as a group psychoeducation session, with the workbook as the take-home.
