About
The 6-Week Intensive You Should Have Had All Along June 9 – July 14 | Hosted by the ADHD Dopamine Collective You sat in classrooms for years being told to try harder, pay attention, and just get it together. Nobody handed you a manual for how your brain actually works. Nobody taught you about dopamine, executive function, time blindness, or why the traditional systems everyone else seemed to use simply never worked for you. That changes this summer. Summer School for Your ADHD Brain is a 6-week live and self-paced program built specifically for women with ADHD who are ready to finally understand their minds, build systems that stick, and stop white-knuckling their way through life. This is not another course that leaves you alone with a stack of videos and good intentions. Every element of this program is designed to match how your brain actually learns — with structure, community, accountability, and enough novelty to keep you engaged all the way to July. Here's what's included: Recorded Modules - Each week you'll receive a new recorded curriculum module you can watch on your own schedule. Weekly Office Hours - Tuesday Nights, 5:30–6:30 PM Every Tuesday evening, bring your questions, your stuck points, and your half-finished homework. Accountability Group - You will not be doing this alone. Your small accountability group is your people — the ones checking in on you, and celebrating your wins. Virtual Body Doubling Work Sessions - We all know the magic of working alongside someone else. Six weeks. The curriculum you were owed. A community that understands you. Class is finally in session.
